Membership & Fee Information

Annual Dues

• Annual Membership dues are $150.00. If, at the time of membership purchase, two or fewer races remain of the current year, then the membership will be valid for the remainder of the current year and for the entire next year.
• There will be no special membership offered to Yard/Fun Karts

Application for Membership

• Forms are available at the track. Or contact the club president. See the contacts page for contact info.

Voting

• Voting is limited to members only. If a member has a driver other than himself, either may vote, but not both.

Race Assistance

• Members will be required to assist in the club race day operations such as corner worker, etc. during times when they or their driver is not racing.

Conduct

• Unsportsmanlike conduct on the part of any driver or crew including bad talk, obscene signs or fighting will subject the driver to disqualification for the day. In addition the driver and/or crew member may be suspended for a period of time to be determined by the Board of Directors. No alcoholic drinks or illegal drugs are permitted in the pits during the race program.

Entry Fees & Release Forms

• The race entry fee, which does not includes a pit pass for the driver, is $10.00 for members and $20.00 for non-members.
• All drivers must purchase a driver pit pass for $15.00. Minor drivers must have a Parental Consent Release Form signed by their parent or legal guardian (available at the track).
• All drivers may enter additional classes for a fee of $10.00 per additional class entered.
• All persons entering the pits must sign a release form and purchase a pit pass for $15.00.
• NO PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PIT AREA WITHOUT A PIT PASS.
